First Git Marketplace release of the OpenBaud Codex plugin.

Install:

codex plugin marketplace add Leonezz/openbaud --ref v0.1.0
codex plugin add openbaud@openbaud

Includes the OpenBaud MCP server, hardware exploration skill, audited serial tools, and a bundled macOS Apple Silicon runtime.

Current limitation: the bundled binary is ad-hoc signed and not Apple-notarized; macOS Intel, Linux, and Windows runtimes are not included yet.
