feat: add extensible local commands + /login

Local slash-commands (never sent to Hannah as text) live in a small
registry (cmd/chat/commands.go) so adding a new one is just appending
an entry there, no dispatch-logic changes needed elsewhere.

First command: /login — prompts for username/password (masked via
golang.org/x/term), calls Hannah's Login RPC, and on success self-links
the roomie's own ID under LinkAccount provider "chat" (server-side support:
gessinger/voice/hannah#332). All later SubmitText calls in the session then
carry that identity instead of the anonymous "chat"/"chat" default, so
Hannah knows who it's talking to.
