Anomaly Detection, Calendar Import, Proactive Nudges, Data Export & History Queries

This closes out the full improvement roadmap - packaging, multi-profile,
encryption, goal tracking, and now this final round of deeper analysis
and convenience features.

New features

  • 📈 Anomaly detection - "has anything been unusual lately?" flags
statistical outlier days in your logged data.

  • 🔄 Before/after comparison - "did starting meditation on March 1st
actually help?" compares metric averages around any changepoint date.

  • 📅 Calendar import - hermes-life-os-calendar --ics calendar.ics
imports meeting hours per day from a standard .ics export (Google
Calendar/Outlook/Apple Calendar) - no OAuth needed. Correlates meeting
    load with mood/stress/sleep automatically.

  • 🔔 Proactive nudges - the scheduler now proactively flags anomalies
and lagging goals once a day, with no LLM call, staying silent when
    there's nothing worth mentioning.

  • 📤 Data export - hermes-life-os-export --json backup.json --csv summary.csv - a complete backup plus a spreadsheet-friendly summary
that round-trips back through hermes-life-os-import --csv.

  • 🗓️ Natural-language history queries - "how was I in March?" pulls
real averages and notable entries for any period you ask about.

Testing

52 new tests. Full suite: 272/272 passing, verified from source and
through a real pip-installed package.
