Fix

  • Make plug_policy_engine.apply_policy_now(device_id=...) apply only the selected device instead of temporarily evaluating all devices with control enabled.
  • Keep apply_policy_now without device_id as the explicit whole-policy apply path.

Apply readiness context

This keeps observed live tests scoped to a single plug while the global Shadow/Live gate remains disabled.

Verification

  • python -m pytest -q -p no:cacheprovider tests\plug_policy_engine -> 118 passed
  • python -m compileall custom_components\plug_policy_engine tests\plug_policy_engine -> OK
  • python -m json.tool custom_components\plug_policy_engine\manifest.json -> OK
  • git diff --check -> OK except existing LF/CRLF warnings
