KeyUp Voice is a local push-to-talk voice typing application for Windows 11.

Highlights:

  • Configurable push-to-talk dictation, using Right Alt by default.
  • Separate hotkey for translating speech directly to English.
  • Russian and English application and installer interfaces.
  • Five selectable Whisper models: Tiny, Base, Small, Medium, and Large-v3.
  • NVIDIA CUDA acceleration with CPU fallback.
  • Seven animated voice indicators without sound cues.
  • Local recognition: recorded audio is processed in memory and is not retained.

The installer is intentionally small and does not include Whisper models or CUDA libraries. KeyUp Voice downloads only the components selected by the user after installation.
