Alpha-v0.0.4

I'm not doing a full changelog, will begin once v0.1 comes out (because i added, changed and removed too much to keep track of)
As a point of reference, compared to 0.0.3, 0.0.4 is 108MB larger (70MB -> 178MB)
Added:

• Weeks 3-5
• Small mod support (character overrides, songs)
• Stages are now set in the chart file
• Week Rankings
• Downscroll
• Sum other bits!!!
