English UI no longer shows Ukrainian (#75)

  • The static markup was the untranslated default. The SPA shipped Ukrainian as
    the literal content of its HTML, with data-i18n attributes meant to replace it,
    and setLang() runs at the very end of the file. Anything that stopped the script
    before that — an error above it, a slow load — left every static string in
    Ukrainian while the parts rendered through t() were already English. That is the
    mixed-language UI in the report. 145 text nodes and 77 attributes now ship English.
  • Ten inline fallbacks read t('key') || '<Ukrainian>' — a fallback that fires
    exactly when the key is missing, which is when the user is least likely to read
    that language.
  • Fallback is now English-first, per key. t() resolved per LANGUAGE: a key
    missing from a known language rendered the raw key (proj.empty) into the UI.
    Both t() and setLang() now go language → English → key.
  • i18n-completeness gains the check that would have caught this — no Cyrillic text
    nodes, UI attributes or inline fallbacks outside the dictionaries. No dictionary
    check could see it: every key was present in all five languages.
