BytePet v0.1.0

BytePet v0.1.0 is the first public preview release of BytePet, a customizable AI desktop pet for Windows, with an early macOS Apple Silicon build included for testing.

BytePet v0.1.0 是 BytePet 的首个公开预览版本，这是一个可自定义的 AI 桌面宠物。本版本主要面向 Windows，同时提供了一个早期的 macOS Apple Silicon 测试版本。

This macOS build is an early test build. It has not yet been fully tested, signed, or notarized, so macOS may show a security warning when opening it for the first time. You may need to right-click the app and choose "Open". Some behavior may be less stable than the Windows version for now.

这个 macOS 版本目前属于早期测试包，暂时还没有经过完整测试，也还没有进行 Apple 签名和公证。因此首次打开时，macOS 可能会显示安全提示。你可能需要右键点击应用并选择“打开”。目前 Mac 版的部分体验可能还没有 Windows 版稳定。

Extra character assets / 额外角色素材

Optional character frame assets are provided as a separate ZIP file:

How to use:
使用方式：

  1. Download skin-1.zip.
    下载 skin-1.zip。

  2. Extract the ZIP file locally.
    将 ZIP 文件解压到本地文件夹。

  3. Open BytePet and go to the character/person management panel.
    打开 BytePet，进入人物管理页面。

  4. Import the extracted PNG sequence frame folder.
    导入解压后的 PNG 序列帧素材文件夹。（这是一个压缩包集合，需要分别导入）

The ZIP file is optional. BytePet includes a default built-in character, so you can use the app without downloading extra assets.
该 ZIP 文件是可选素材包。BytePet 已内置默认人物，不下载额外素材也可以正常使用。

Notes / 说明

This is an early public preview. Some UI, installer experience, desktop behavior, character asset workflows, and macOS compatibility may continue to improve in future versions.
这是一个早期公开预览版本。后续版本中，部分 UI、安装体验、桌面行为、角色素材导入流程和 macOS 兼容性可能还会继续优化。

Privacy / 隐私

BytePet stores user data locally under the app data directory. API keys are not included in this release package and are not uploaded by the app itself.
BytePet 会将用户数据保存在本机应用数据目录中。本发布包不包含任何 API Key，应用本身也不会主动上传用户的 API Key。
