Hotfix

• 修复 v0.2.31 精确 tag 安装失败：两个 Codex marketplace manifests 统一使用 repository-local plugin source。
• 新增 marketplace manifest 安装契约回归测试。
• 同步 package、plugin、agent 与 managed asset 版本到 0.2.32。
