- Fixed Windows first-run setup opening a blocking
Windows Script Hosterror (80020009: Unable to wait for process) while bringing the local agent bridge online. - Replaced the synchronous VBS service wait with hidden PowerShell/.NET supervisors for the collector and Hivemind Link, preserving child exit status without freezing the setup flow.
- Cleaned up legacy blocking VBS launchers and stale Startup-folder fallbacks during upgrades; uninstall now removes both old and new launcher files.
Verified through the app-style setup path on a clean Windows Server 2022 VM, including the durable Scheduled Task path, forced standard-user Startup fallback, post-session collector health, and updater regression checks.
