Added

• GPIO TTL Behavior Option: New setting for GPIO actions to control pin state after TTL expiration
  • "Switch to opposite state" (default): HIGH→LOW or LOW→HIGH
  • "Float pin (INPUT)": Sets pin to high-impedance state after TTL expires
  • Accessible via web interface GPIO settings dropdown: "After TTL Expires"
  • Persisted to NVS storage with all other button configurations

Fixed

• GPIO Hold Time Execution: GPIO actions now properly execute when "Use hold time" is enabled
  • Previously, GPIO actions would log hold time requirements but never execute the action
  • GPIO now behaves consistently with keyboard, media, and LED actions when hold time is enabled
  • Action executes in loop() when hold time requirement is met
  • Prevents duplicate execution on button release
