Replace a set of thin one-off use cases with data classes, top-level builders, and loader-local logic. This folds app detail presentation/action/content assembly into the existing loaders, simplifies snapshot display and diff handling, removes redundant app-list equivalence plumbing, and trims the related Koin bindings.
