The fused_kernel folder has become an independent repository, and a submodule of cvGPUSpeedup.

This is the original intent, since the FKL can be used without any OpenCV dependency, and can be the building grounds of any other wrapper that imitates any other library like NPP, cuBLAS, cuTLASS etc...
