The attached codeapi-0.3.2.tgz is the packaged Helm chart (chart 0.3.2, appVersion 2.0.0) with its Redis and MinIO subcharts vendored, so it installs without adding any chart repositories:

helm install codeapi ./codeapi-0.3.2.tgz -f my-values.yaml
