sync the current server OpenAPI snapshot and record immutable provenance
regenerate and verify the client in build, install, release, and CI paths
add scheduled, manual, and server-dispatched update PRs without branch fallback

Validation

build, race tests, vet, and golangci-lint
exact source/provenance and no-drift checks
actionlint and release hooks
