feat: add shuttle bus support

Summary

• add shuttle bus data models, Prisma migration, localized schemas, and dashboard/public API support
• import shuttle timetable data from Life-USTC/static, seed a dev bus version and user preferences, and expose a public /bus page plus Dashboard tab
• add MCP shuttle query tool and focused E2E coverage for public API, public page, and MCP integration
• refine shuttle bus UI/UX with stronger recommendation hierarchy, compact stats cards, clearer route expansion, and denser preference layout
• simplify the shuttle bus interface toward a more restrained, mobile-inspired presentation with less visual noise and a more focused first screen
