v1.3 Release 12.12.2024
This version was released in December 2024. The changes since v1.2 were:
- The option to edit manually distribution maps (created on the platform, uploaded maps, or published maps) was added, including for freshwater species
- The distribution maps make a better use of distribution attributes (keeping all attributes in countries of occurrence extraction and in output maps)
- When using a published Red List distribution map, you can now compare this distribution with recent GBIF records to see if the map needs editing
- The new presence attribute “Expected Additional Range” was added
- The elevation limits and generation length suggested in Step 4-6 are now better explained: a tooltip will open when you hoove over the box with details on how we generated these values
- The AOH analysis provides values of model prevalence and point prevalence (if occurrence records were gathered through step 1b), commonly used to validate AOH maps
