This release adds an explicit gross-settled-volume/net-processing-fee calculation basis; gross fee and statement-credit reconciliation; Decimal-safe rate and average-ticket validation; calendar, precision, zero-activity, privacy, size, and depth rules; exact field and methodology documentation; 2 valid and 13 invalid synthetic vectors; a reproducible validation report; and a fail-closed publication gate.

Fresh release gate: 10/10 checks passed. Test suite: 33/33 passed. The prior v1.0.0 record remains immutable.
