v0.1.2.0 (UI Tutorial Update)

IMPORTANT: This is a Pre-Alpha release. It is not stable in any way. Please do not use it in production.

This release includes a new tutorial that will greet you the first time you open the new app.

Changes in this release include:

• New Tutorial utilizing teaching tips
• Updates to the settings.json file to include the new properties for the tutorial state and whether it is enabled or not.
• A new settings page to control whether the tutorial is shown or not.

NOTE: This build is unpackaged and unsigned. Packaged versions may be added in future releases. Signing is still an open question.
