-Updated all TradeEvent's to also have a reference to an ITrader to access basic trader data such as the traders owner, display name, etc.

-When a ticket is consumed, it now turns into a ticket-stub which can then be re-crafted into another ticket.

-Added a new lcadmin command (requires op) that allows admins to toggle ADMIN MODE, and list/delete universal trader data.
-ADMIN MODE: When active, the admin is interpreted as the owner for all traders, allowing them to break and access the storage menu for traders that they do not own.
-Opped creative players can no longer destroy other players traders or access creative traders without activating ADMIN_MODE.
-Fixed an issue where universal traders wouldn't be marked dirty if their custom name is changed, causing the change to not be saved to file should no other updates happen to a universal trader.
