Bun Console 0.2.0

First public release.

Bun Console is an interactive JavaScript and TypeScript console for WebStorm, running on Bun.

• Call functions, classes and variables of the file open in the editor by name, exported or not, with no imports.
• Switching editor tabs never runs code: a file runs only when the console first uses it.
• Variables persist between commands; const, let and class can be declared again.
• Top-level await never blocks the console; uncaught errors are printed, never fatal.
• Values are printed completely, laid out for the console width.
• Optional debugger: breakpoints stop console calls, and while any JavaScript program you debug is paused, the console evaluates in its stack frame.

Requires WebStorm 2026.2+ and Bun 1.4+.
Install: Settings → Plugins → ⚙ → Install Plugin from Disk… → bun-console-0.2.0.zip
