One truth, even when it lives in code

Paperthin's SSOT layer now reaches beyond prose. ssotchk and ssotize distinguish live references from copied values in docs, source, and config, and ppt-upgrade gives returning users a safe path through renamed skills without installing the whole catalog.

New

breadth/ppt-upgrade reconciles an installed Paperthin skill set after releases. It reads the user's installed names, maps only deprecated names the user actually had to their replacements, updates only the planned Paperthin subset, and asks before removal or install reconciliation.

Also

breadth/ssotchk and breadth/ssotize now treat docs, code, and config as different media instead of one text surface. ssotchk classifies each duplicate by medium and names the right action; ssotize can extract a new canonical home, replace copies with imports, sources, includes, or shared reads, and requires language-aware moves for structural code changes.

The upgrade checklist carries the historical renames forward: ssot-check → ssotchk, tasting → sip, redteam → hate, and scratch → re0-work.
