Test Release - 0.11

[LilinsAdditions-exiled] <- This is the BASE plugin.

• Changed the way the point system works. It now works with custom roles from the VVUP ecosystem after a respawnwave happens.
• Removed every custom role from the base plugin.
• Added a config option to disable the anti scp suicide (anti scp suicide is disabled by default).
• Changed the RueI Hint Patch so that the hint text wont overlap anymore (hopefully).

• This is a new plugin i made using VVUP.CR from Snivy.
• In order to use this plugin make sure you have VVUP.Base and VVUP.CR installed.
