[Vending Machine]

• Added a vending machine limit that can be set in the config
• Added a config line to set how many vending machines can spawn (max. 5)

[Mystery Box]

• Added a config line to set how many boxes can spawn (max. 8)

[Coin]

• Added a config line to set how many coins can spawn (max. 2)

[Drinks]

• Added 'Vampiric Vigor'
• Added 'Backpack Bandit'

[Items]

• Changed the 'Nullifier'. It now can only interact with normal doors (the gun is not able to interact with Gates anymore).
