This releases fixes some remaining bugs with the effects system that occured when equiping and removing gear with effects.
We have also changed the d12 and d20 damage die options to a more useful 2d4 and 2d6.
Some minor changes to the Tavern character creation tool to prep for the release of Parrot Borg!
