fixed: windows cmake 构建异常
  - 当 CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX_INITIALIZED_TO_DEFAULT 异常变为 False 时, cmake BUILD_BUNDLE_DIR 回退到了系统默认路径（C:/Program Files）导致终端权限不足无法正常构建安装
