RStudio Cloud
This is provided as a last resort. It is limited in use for the free service, but it should suffice for Monday. You'll have to make an account, but the service is free. Sign up for an account and test it out. It worked for me, but I'm not sure if there are location restrictions.

Once you have an account, under Workspace, on the right, click on New Project. This should provide a screen that looks similar to desktop RStudio. To get R scripts into RStudio Cloud, go to the lower right panel under the Files tab and click Upload. You should upload the Day 1 R scripts and the data files you need (TropicalCycloneData.csv and A7H008YRPK.CSV). These two files appear to load into the free allotment.
