Usage

Syntax:  wicc [options or files ...]

Options: begins with [- or /]
 l, L    List installed Components
 c, C    Show Componentinfo
 m, M    Preferred Microsoft Component
 oldpng  Use Old(Windows7) PNG Decoder

>wicc -c a.png
