First public release of the LingXiAgent plugin authoring SDK.

  • LingXiPlugin / PluginManifest / PluginCapability — identity plus permission request
  • PluginTool, PluginCommand, hooks, PluginContext, PluginStorage, PluginLogger
  • PluginDriver: the JSON Lines IPC loop (a plugin is a separate process, not injected code)
  • Runtime info comes only from a Core-pushed host.snapshot; unstated sections raise PluginInfoUnavailable instead of returning idle/unknown/0
  • Compatibility negotiated by ipcVersion (v1), with a hard failure at load on no overlap
  • Foundation-only: no dependency on LingXiAgent, Core, Protocol, Client or Application
