Project organization and administration on github

Lingua Latina is a github organization. Temporarily, the organization owner is Neel Smith, but ownership should be transferred to a more appropriate long-term curator at the earliest possible moment.

The organization includes a maintainers team. Members of this team have write access to the repositories, and can therefore manage pull requests.

All other contributors should fork a copy of the repository, editor their forked copy, and submit pull requests to the original repository.
