v0.1.8: Bump version; add QR modal; handle SSL noise

Bump package version to 0.1.8. CLI: import ssl and add a loop exception handler to suppress noisy SSLError (APPLICATION_DATA_AFTER_CLOSE_NOTIFY) during TLS teardown, and run async coroutines on a dedicated event loop that uses the handler. Frontend JS: simplify dashboard init guard to a single-line early return. Templates: remove the inline QR card and add a centered QR code modal for improved UX. Bot service: trigger a websocket broadcast of bot_status when a QR login URL is received (added _broadcast_qr_status). These changes reduce console noise, improve QR presentation, and wire QR state updates to clients.
