feat：GitHub 项目模块 — 输入仓库 URL 自动获取 stars/语言/描述，50 模板预览+导出全覆盖

  • 新增 GitHubRepoItem / GitHubContent 类型，注册 github section type
  • 新增 /api/github/repo API 路由，从 GitHub API 获取仓库信息
  • 新增编辑器组件：输入 URL 自动防抖 fetch，刷新按钮，stars/语言只读展示
  • AI 工具保护只读字段（stars/name/repoUrl/language），新增项目自动调 GitHub API 获取真实数据
  • 50 个预览模板 + 50 个导出模板全部支持 GitHub section 渲染
  • i18n 中英文完整覆盖
