LinkAnalysisApp – Version 1.0.0
Initial public release of LinkAnalysisApp, delivering a comprehensive toolkit for interactive network visualization, editing, and analysis.
Supported file formats
The application supports loading graphs in the following formats:
-
Custom CSV format
- Edges:
x,y,edgeWeight,edgeLabel
The edge file is mandatory — the graph can be visualized using only the edges file. - Nodes (optional):
id,Description
- Edges:
-
Financial transactions format
- CSV format based on the dataset from Kaggle:
IBM Transactions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- CSV format based on the dataset from Kaggle:
-
GEXF files
- Compatible with GEPHI, allowing bidirectional exchange of graph data.
Features
- Loading files with network data
- Incremental import: when a graph is already loaded, you can drop another CSV or GEXF file and its data will be merged into the current graph (nodes/edges are added without resetting the view)
- Graph generation and connection analysis
- Interactive statistics panel
- Dynamic graph editing (add/remove nodes or edges, drag elements, undo/redo)
- Multiple layout algorithms with live or instant stabilization
- Customizable styling (node colors and sizes, edge styles)
- Flexible filters for hiding or highlighting graph elements (by node name, edge weight, node degree range)
- Exporting results to a file
- image files:
.pngor.jpg .gexfformat (can be reloaded in this app or in GEPHI)
- image files:
- Multilingual support – English and Polish
Statistics
- Basic metrics and information about the graph structure

ℹ️ Notes
- macOS UI quirk: the element-editing dialog may render incorrectly (blank or off-screen). This is a known limitation because the UI was developed and tested only on Windows; a fix is planned for the next release.
