Version 1.0: The 2 player game is working!

This is the minimum viable game:

• There is a new-game screen where players enter their names
• The game plays correctly - allows players to do everything according to the game rules
• The game determines that the game is over and displays the winner.

What it doesn't have yet:

• Graphics cleaned up
• Computer-controlled players
• A loop back to the new-game screen upon completion (you'll have to quit & restart)
