SimpleChess 3.3.1

Android build fix: the network is now embedded in the executable.

  • Embedded network. make EMBED_NET=nets/SCNNUEv3-<date>.scn5 bakes the network into the binary, so a single file runs with nothing beside it. A newer .scn5 placed beside the binary still takes precedence, and EvalFile still overrides. The Android artifacts (simplechess-3.3.1-android-arm64.tar.gz, -arm64-generic for pre-2018 SoCs; under this tag's Actions run) are now just the executable plus install notes — the form a phone front-end or tournament harness that copies the executable alone needs. Reported by Arzam18 in #1.
  • No engine change: play is identical to 3.3.0.

Source release. Build with make (or make profile-build PGO_NET=nets/SCNNUEv3-2026-09-12.scn5 for the fastest binary); the network ships in the repository. Third-party notices are in NOTICE.
