Also consolidated identical names into the consistent capitalisation. The component author was found either using git history or copyright header in the file. I only used the name, not email addresses, because I do not know if people want to have their email address exposed in the LinuxCNC manual pages, nor if any email address I could find is up to date and still relevant.
