I added configuration for next firmware Mesa card 7i96 (not for 7i96S). Different between firmware 7i96d_1pwm and 7i96d is: - 7i96d_1pwm has 4 stepgens and 1 pwmgens - 7i96d has 5 stepgens and 0 pwmgens
