Hori Kernel driver for kernels 6.12 or higher

HORI Truck Control System Wheel:

• Gas, Brake and Clutch pedals working
• all buttons works
• Hatswitch are working now
• deadzones are set correctly

HORI Truck Control System Shifter:

• Shifter is full working

Known Bugs:

• Button 5 (Top2) don't works as mouse button yet, should remap with AntiMicroX
• Force Feedback don't works yet
• You can't use the Euro Truck Simulator 2/American Truck Simulator auto configuration, because the autoconfig don't find the wheel and shifter.

This release fixed the shifter buttons 10 - 15
