Fix the bare wallpaper after a quick second Home swipe on OxygenOS

On OxygenOS the system's recents launcher animates every Home swipe for a
third-party launcher (~0.6-0.9 s showing only the wallpaper). A second Home
swipe during that animation jams it: its empty RecentsActivity stays focused and
the launcher is paused behind it, so only the wallpaper is visible until Home is
pressed again. The launcher now detects the second Home intent (>300 ms after
the first) and, if it is still not shown and focused 1.8 s later, sends Home
again itself (at most 3 times).

The home elements are also no longer hidden on stop and the intro no longer
replays on return from another app; only the cold-start animation remains.

Adds a "diag" product flavor (same application id) that records the system log
(through Shizuku), dumpsys / screencap snapshots and a "Mark bug" notification
button, with tools/diag-pull.sh to fetch the captures. The full and play builds
carry a no-op stand-in.

Make the page dots tappable on the home screen and in the drawer

Tapping a dot scrolls to its page in one continuous animation that passes through
every page in between (longer for farther pages). The dots keep their look; the
whole row plus a margin around it is one touch target split evenly between the
dots, so there is no dead zone. The onboarding dots stay decorative.

Show the home screen faster when pressing Home from another app

Coming back from another app now plays a short (at most 180 ms) version of the
launch animation instead of replaying the full one, which with the default
"Cascade / Slow" setting only had the dock fully visible after ~565 ms. The
cold-start animation keeps the configured speed. Widget listening now starts
300 ms after onStart so the RemoteViews refresh doesn't compete with the first
frames. Measured on the emulator (screen recording, Settings -> Home): dock
fully visible 565 -> 400 ms, icons 482 -> 400 ms, which is the system's own
close animation of the app being left.

Fix drawer drag dropping by itself when the search keyboard was open

Starting a drag clears the search focus, which closes the keyboard and flipped
the drawer between its scrolling grid and its pager. Every cell, including the
one driving the drag, was recomposed mid-gesture, so the icon was placed as if
the finger had lifted. The layout mode is now frozen while a drag runs, and an
item gesture torn down mid-drag cancels the drag instead of leaving it orphaned.

v1.22.1

Fix dragged-from-drawer icons vanishing when dropped on a widget

computeTarget() returned a null DropTarget whenever the drop point landed
on a cell occupied by a multi-span widget (anything but an exact 1x1 app/
folder), and drop() silently does nothing for a null target. Since a
drawer-sourced item has no "fall back" position to return to, the icon
was simply lost with no feedback - which is what most home screens with
a widget on them will hit on nearly every drag out of the drawer.

Redirect that case to a push target instead: insertPushing() already
skips over multi-span occupants when walking cells, so the icon now
lands on the next free cell beyond the widget instead of disappearing.

Add an optional "Keep launcher running" foreground service

Settings -> System: a new toggle (off by default) runs a minimal
foreground service with a silent, permanent notification, to make it
less likely Android kills the launcher process in the background -
the root cause of Home sometimes needing a second press. Enabling it
also asks to be exempted from battery optimizations, since OxygenOS
and similar OEM skins can still kill a plain foreground service.

Animate dock reorder and fix the folder's broken reorder animation

Dock: pushing icons aside to make room now gets the same live, dwell-
based preview (260ms) and spring animation as the home grid, instead
of icons jumping straight to their new slot with no transition.

Folder: the reorder animation added earlier looked like it worked in
code but icons actually teleported in practice, because each grid slot
was keyed by its index instead of the app's id - Compose just reused
the slot and swapped which icon it drew, instead of sliding the same
icon's own animated position to its new index. Now keyed by id, with
the same 260ms hover dwell as everywhere else before it reorders.
