LinxISA v0.58

This formal release aligns LinxISA with the final PTO ISA 0.58 contract while retaining Linx-only vector and template extensions.

  • Imports all 474 PTO scalar forms and 99 PTO block/command forms with exact mnemonic, assembly, length, encoding, fields, signedness, and constraints.
  • Classifies the 109 common PTO tile operations by execution engine: 35 VEC, 52 SFU, 10 TLSU, and 12 CUBE.
  • Keeps TEPL only as the unchanged Mode/Function encoding carrier; BSTART.VEC and BSTART.SFU are semantic aliases and allocate no new encoding space.
  • Uses B.IOT for Local tile operands and B.IOS for absolute core-private Shared S0–S255 bindings. B.IOD, C.B.IOS, and BSTART.PAR are deleted spellings and assembler errors.
  • Preserves TLOAD/TSTORE stride encoding and the architectural omitted-dense-stride versus explicit-zero distinction.
  • Retains the additive Linx-only vector surface and reserves its encoding ownership against PTO-common additions.
  • Removes standalone SuperNPUBench from the superproject, pins PTO-ISA/pto-kernels with the maintained benchmarks/supernpu subtree, and adds the Linx-TileOP-API component.
  • Updates the active v0.58 golden profile, generated codecs, Sail model/status, navigation, bilingual documentation, and canonical agent entrypoints.
