Zeta v1.0.2 — OMP v17.3.3 complete merge release.

Includes the v17.2.12 intermediate merge and the v17.3.3 full merge (255 conflicts resolved, Zeta product surfaces preserved: /language + /security commands, settings-page config, qa.omp.sh autoqa endpoint, .zeta paths, @linxiraos identity).

Native addon sentinel: __piNativesV1_0_2.
