* Add OpenAI support for AI analytics alongside Ollama

- Create OpenAI service module with API integration
- Add provider selection (Ollama/OpenAI) in AI connection dialog
- Update UI to show/hide fields based on provider selection
- Implement secure API key storage for OpenAI connections
- Update analytics modules to support both AI providers
- Hide Ollama-specific advanced settings for OpenAI connections
- Maintain backwards compatibility with existing Ollama connections
