Rename the package

refactor: rename package from litepie/laravel-filehub to litepie/filehub

- Update composer.json package name
- Update installation commands in README.md and documentation
- Update component copy paths in installation guide
- Update repository URLs in Flutter pubspec.yaml
- Maintain backward compatibility for existing namespaces
