macOS Cargo integration for a Lithe preview with API 3 buildSystems 2, settings 2, buildProviders 1 and serverProcess 1 support.

Adds a native Cargo executable path setting: select a file or leave it empty for discovery. Metadata, builds, tests, run and clean share the selected executable; an invalid selection fails instead of falling back. Requires Cargo 1.70+ and Node.js 20.3+. Existing workspace/package tasks and Release, Features and Offline options remain available.

Preview status: automated integration and contract checks pass; native installation and full UI acceptance are pending. Windows is not supported. Published ZIP bytes must not be replaced.

Cargo macOS 基础预发布版。

• 使用原生 Cargo 工具窗口，支持 workspace/包的编译、检查、测试和清理，以及 binary/example 运行。
• 支持 Release、Features、Offline；工程模型来自 Cargo metadata。
• 独立仓库可直接构建，Node SDK 按源码提交和 SHA-256 固定，运行时插件包只读。

需要 Cargo 1.70+、Node.js 20.3+，以及支持 API 3 buildSystems、buildProviders、serverProcess 的 Lithe preview。

本地 macOS 与 Linux CI 的 8 项测试通过。原生磁盘安装及完整界面验收仍待完成，因此以预发布分发；Windows 暂未支持。基础版不含依赖树、调试器和逐用例图形报告。

安装：下载 ZIP，通过 Lithe 设置 → 插件 → 从磁盘安装，核对权限后重启。Lithe Store 条目合并后可从插件市场安装。
