v1.5.0 — failed turns are not idle
availability now distinguishes working / idle-ready / awaiting-review / error / blocked / retired / deleted, derived from the member's own last turn/end (reason.kind + error). Failures are named in diagnostics and shown red on the panel. 88/88.
v1.4.0 — one model per team
New members inherit the Lead's model, and team_member_edit(action=model) switches the Lead plus every live member together (syncMemberModels, default true). syncMemberModels:false restores per-member models. Panel gained a 全队模型 field + 全队切换 button. 87/87.
v1.3.1 — clearer add/delete ownership
The panel's delete tooltip described the kernel engine for every member; it is now engine aware (session members keep their conversation, no slot involved). The policy states plainly that only the Lead adds or removes members — tools for the agent, the Agent Team panel for the human — and that a member's attempt gets the Lead-only error. 86/86.
v1.3.0 — members stay out of the project list
Members are created by cwd instead of by workspace attachment, so they no longer appear in the sidebar's project conversation list; the only entry is the Lead's Agent Team panel. attachMembersToWorkspace: true restores listing. Also corrected the delete message that claimed history remains when the user had deleted the conversation themselves. 86/86.
v1.2.1 — legacy aliases under auto
The tool list was built before delegationEngine=auto was resolved, so the seven legacy aliases were never registered on a session-engine process (9 tools instead of 16). It is now built on first install, after resolution. 85/85.
v1.2.0 — completion needs a reviewer
Finishing a task is now a submission: a member's complete moves the task to review and the plugin delivers the review request (with the member's report and the approve/reject commands) to the Lead automatically. Only the Lead can approve (done) or reject (back to in_progress with a required review_note). The Lead's own tasks skip review. assign refuses a task in review.
Panel: 待审议 badge, inline report, 通过 / 退回 buttons. 84/84 smoke checks.
v1.1.0 — a task board you can actually read
Task entries carry a definition of done (acceptance) and the details an assignee needs, and every claim records who took it, when, and how (own claim / Lead assignment / auto-dispatch). release clears the claim stamps; reopen clears the completion stamps, so the board cannot lie.
The panel row is identity / claim line / details / acceptance / actions, and the composer asks for details and acceptance instead of a bare title.
83/83 smoke checks.
v1.0.1 — auto engine resolution
Fixes a regression the unit tests could not see: sessionController is not mounted in a headless composition, so a hard default of session would have broken team_member_add there. delegationEngine now defaults to auto (session when conversations can be created, else conductor, else kernel); explicit values still win.
Verified against a real headless kernel: the auto fallback created a member and team_overview listed it. 82/82 smoke checks.
v1.0.0 — members are ordinary sessions
Team members are now ordinary independent DSH conversations, not agents nested inside another agent: created through the same seam the GUI uses, titled with the member name, driven by prompt, interrupted by cancel, model-switched per member. The team link lives in a sidecar.
- delegationEngine defaults to session; kernel (roster) and conductor (continuable subagents) remain opt-in.
- delete drops the team link and frees the name, keeping the conversation and its history.
- retire/interrupt stop a running turn through sessionController.cancel.
- auto-assign on by default; enabled: false disables.
- 80/80 smoke checks.
Prebuilt tarball attached.
v0.6.0
First public build: two delegation engines (kernel roster / conductor-owned continuable subagents), nine tools including a sidecar task board with compare-and-set revisions, optional auto-dispatcher, legacy tool-name aliases, settings console and a per-session header button. 70/70 smoke checks. Prebuilt tarball attached: dsh plugin --profile desktop add "file:" before npm publishing.
