Updates to Android v1.104.1, merging upstream Android changes and using the published Tailscale fork v1.104.1, wireguard-go v0.0.34, and the pinned QUIC dependency.

  • Preserves AWG v2/v3 configuration, discovery and synchronization, QUIC switching, and node identity persistence.
  • Includes upstream favorites, sharing, and key-expiration reminders while retaining the Headscale duplicate-self-node fix.
  • Universal APK for arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86, and x86_64. Uses the original production signing certificate for in-place upgrades.
  • Passed 103 JVM unit tests, native builds for all four ABIs, and 16 KB APK alignment checks.
