I ran into an issue pushing the update. the files System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe.dll and System.Memory.dll have changed, but during the update I get the error "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

Testing can be done by redoing this PR: https://github.com/LiveSplit/LiveSplit.github.io/pull/27/files

Then updating livesplit.org/update/ to livesplit.org/update2/ locally in the LiveSplit repo

Removing the update manager's dependency on System.Resources.Extensions will hopefully resolve the issue
