Plugin Scanner Fix

Fixed out-of-process VST scanner not working while DirectPipe is running:

• moreThanOneInstanceAllowed() blocked scanner child process from launching
• JUCE terminated the --scan child process before initialise() was called
• Scanner now correctly runs alongside the main instance

DirectPipe 실행 중 out-of-process VST 스캐너가 동작하지 않던 문제 수정:

• moreThanOneInstanceAllowed()가 스캐너 자식 프로세스 실행을 차단하고 있었음
• JUCE가 --scan 자식 프로세스를 initialise() 호출 전에 종료시킴
• 스캐너가 메인 인스턴스와 정상적으로 병렬 실행됨

Installation

1. Run DirectPipe.exe
2. (Optional) Copy DirectPipe Receiver.dll to your OBS VST folder
