Bug 1 — VST bypass not working: setPluginBypassed now syncs
node->setBypassed + getBypassParameter()->setValueNotifyingHost,
and calls rebuildGraph(false) to disconnect bypassed plugins in
the signal chain. rebuildGraph gains suspend parameter (default true)
to avoid audio gap on bypass toggle. Iterator safety fix (copy
getConnections before removal).

Bug 2 — Stale preload cache race condition: per-slot version counter
(slotVersions_) prevents background preload thread from storing
stale plugin instances after invalidateSlot was called mid-preload.

Bug 3 — saveSlot cache invalidation: adds isCachedWithStructure
check so cache is invalidated when plugin names/paths/order change,
not just on count mismatch. Parameter-only saves skip invalidation.

README: update stable badge to v3.10.1.
