DirectPipe v4.3.0

v4.3.0 restores the v4.2.0 default-device routing rule. When Windows starts a
valid input/output route without first reporting device loss, DirectPipe keeps
that platform-selected default instead of reopening an older saved endpoint.

v4.3.0은 v4.2.0의 기본 장치 라우팅 규칙을 복원합니다. Windows가 장치
손실을 먼저 보고하지 않고 유효한 입력/출력 경로를 시작하면, DirectPipe는
이전 저장 endpoint를 다시 여는 대신 플랫폼이 선택한 기본 장치를 유지합니다.

• Default route is authoritative on a clean start: A valid error-free
  start with no preceding loss adopts the actual driver, input, and output.

• Real loss still restores the selected target: Disconnect/error recovery
  retains per-direction desired-device restoration and automatic output mute.

• Later choices still win: Deferred device callbacks cannot overwrite a
  settings restore, manual device selection, or Output: None made afterward.

  장치 선택, Output: None을 덮어쓰지 못합니다.
• Later safety fixes stay in place: Transactional rollback, invalid-rate
  and zero-active-channel fail-closed handling, monitor recovery/backoff, ASIO
  validation, and updater hardening are not rolled back.
